Sake Martini

Makes a single portion

30ml gin – a quality London dry gin is ideal

15ml Lillet Blanc – an aromatic French aperitif wine

15ml sake – preferably a delicate, balanced sake

Combine the gin, Lillet Blanc, and sake in a cocktail shaker, include a generous scoop of ice and stir thoroughly for 30 seconds to cool. Filter into a pre-chilled martini glass and present.
